What this site is for
aiplay-group.com introduces the AIPLAY online casino brand to players in Malaysia, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The homepage describes the platform itself: its games, payments, promotions and the questions new players ask. This page explains who is behind the site, how we check what we publish, and how to stay safe when you follow a link from here.
Accounts, deposits, withdrawals and game play happen on the AIPLAY platform, not on this site. This site has no login, no forms and stores no player data. AIPLAY has also sponsored public events in Malaysia since 2024, from a pro badminton tournament to charity snooker and pickleball series, which is why the brand appears beyond its app.
How we check facts
Every figure on this site comes from the published rules and screens of the AIPLAY platform: the payment screens for limits, the lobby for providers and categories, the promotion pages for offer terms, and the platform’s own rule pages for account rules. Each check is dated on the page it concerns, and we update the page when a rule changes.
Where the platform publishes no figure, we say so rather than guess. As of 19 October 2026 it does not publish a licensing authority or licence number, withdrawal processing times, fees, or the wagering multipliers on its promotions. You will not find those numbers here, and any site that states them is not quoting the platform.
The site is maintained by the aiplay-group.com team, which does not operate the platform. Corrections go to the address on the contact page.
Is this the real AIPLAY?
Many websites use the AIPLAY name. Four checks tell you that you are dealing with the platform itself and not with a copy.
- Every Visit Ai PLAY button on this site opens the AIPLAY platform at myaiplay.club. A site that sends you to a different address is sending you to a different operator.
- Deposits go only to the bank account shown on the platform’s own deposit screen, with the receipt uploaded inside the platform. Never send money to an account given in a chat, a social media post or an email.
- Support never asks for your OTP, your password or your six-digit transaction PIN. Anyone who does is not AIPLAY.
- Your registered mobile number is the only account identifier. There is no username, and real-name verification happens on the platform’s own KYC screen, never in a chat.
Account money rules
These rules are printed inside the platform’s deposit, withdrawal and bonus screens and apply to every account. They are the rules most often behind a delayed deposit or a refused withdrawal.
